Prices:

All prices on www.thedalset.com are listed in DKK / Euro and incl. danish VAT.

At the Dalset we reserve the right to make errors in the prices quoted. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The Dalset is under no obligation to deliver goods that are sold out.

Payment:

THE DALSET accepts payment with VISA / Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and MobilePay.

Payment will not be deducted from your account until the item has been shipped.

Delivery:

The Dalset strives to ship orders once a day on all weekdays. This means that an order is sent on the same day or no later than the next working day. We ship with PostNord.

Consumer rights of complaint:

At the Dalset quality is our focus. If you unexpectedly should experience faults or defects, your purchase is covered by the danish “Købeloven” (Purchase Law) which includes a 2-year right to make a complaint about all items. Our rights of complaint applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing.
You can have the item repaired, exchanged, a full money return or a reduction in the price depending on the specific situation.
The rights of complaint does not apply to defects or damages that have occurred as a result of incorrect handling of the product.
You must complain in “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defects or damages.

The Dalset covers all shipping costs in the event of a justified complaint.

Right of withdrawal:

There is a 14-day full right of withdrawal on items purchased in our web-shop or showroom, and we also cover the return costs. Read more about our RETURN POLICY in the “Return” section.

The cancellation period is calculated from the day you receive your item(s). If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. The notice must be given via mail to dalset@thedalset.com or via our contact form.

In the notice, you must make it clear to us that you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal.

You can not withdraw your purchase by simply refusing to receive the item without giving clear notice.

Return:

The Dalset pays all return costs both in the event of a justified complaint, but also when using your 14-day right of withdrawal.

Please use our “Return Portal”, which you will find in the “Contact” section, to print a prepaid shipping label.

If you choose to return an item to the Dalset in any other way, you will bear the return costs yourself.

You must return your order no later than 14 days after you made use of your right of withdrawal.

Upon return, you are responsible for the item being packed properly, and you are asked to enclose a copy of the order confirmation and a completed return note.

You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery until we have received the return.

We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.

Condition of the item that is returned:

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling it in any other way than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties and the way in which it works. In other words, you can try the item on as if you were trying it in a physical store.

If the item has been tested in addition to what is described, it will be considered used. This means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of return.

In order to receive the entire purchase amount returned to you, you may only test the item without actually using it.

Refund:

If you withdraw your purchase, you will of course get a full refund.

In the event of a deterioration in the value of the item for which you are liable, this deterioration will be deducted from the purchase amount.

In exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your choice of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), will be refunded within 14 days from the date we have been notified of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Refunds are made using the same gateway of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item returned, unless you have previously provided documentation that you have returned it.
