The Dalset offers a 14-day return policy as well as a 2-year right of complaint in the event of product defects. Please see our terms and conditions for further information.

We will cover shipping costs both in case of return or exchange during the withdrawal period and for complaints during the complaint period.

The return package must be sent directly to our address, as we do not have the opportunity to pick up packages in parcel shops, parcel boxes and the like.
