These Terms of Service apply when you use and/or order items from www.thedalset.com.

We recommend that you read the Terms of Service carefully before making purchases in the webshop.

Your are always welcome to contact us if you have any questions concerning your order.

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service without further notice. The version of the Terms of Service applying to your order will be the version at www.thedalset.com as of the date of your order.


All prices in our webshop include taxes and VAT.

At THE DALSET we reserve the right to refuse your order in the event of mis-pricing on the web site, or if an ordered item has been sold out or taken off the shelves.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior consent.


You can pay using Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard when shopping at www.thedalset.com. Your payment will not be collected from the selected payment service until your item(s) have been dispatched from our warehouse for delivery to you.


At THE DALSET, we strive to ship all orders no later than the following business day.

You have various choices concerning delivery in our webshop. Choose your preference during check-out and you will be guided and informed by thedalset.com or directly by the company you have chosen to handle your delivery (GLS or Post Nord/Post Danmark).           

Return Policy 

If you wish to return an item, THE DALSET gives you 14 days’ right of cancellation. This means that within 14 days of your physical receipt of the item, you must inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification should be sent in an email to dalset@thedalset.com.

We only want happy costumers. If you are not quite content with your purchase at thedalset.com, the shipping costs in case of returns are payed by us.

Please note, that you cannot return an item by simply refusing to accept the parcel, without notifying us about it.

 Complaints and defective deliveries

At THE DALSET we focus on quality, but if you experience faults or defects in an item, your purchase is subject to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including the regulations concerning faults and defects, and you have 2 years’ right of complaint for all items.

You must file a complaint within “reasonable time” after discovering a defect in the item. We recommend that you contact us as quickly as possible.

THE DALSET covers all shipping costs provided the complaint is accepted.

State of returned goods

You will only be responsible for any decrease in the value of an item, if you have used it more than required in order to determine the item’s properties and how it’s used. In other words, you can try the items on as you would do in a physical store.

If the item has been used more or in other ways than described above, it will be considered to be used. This means that you may only receive a partial refund, or no refund at all, when returning the item, depending on the state of the item at the time of the return.

In other words: In order to be eligible for a full refund, you can try on the item without actually starting to use it. In case the value of the item has decreased and you are responsible for it, then the decrease in value will be deducted from the refund.


If you return an item, we will refund the money you paid for it. We always reimburse your money to the same means of payment you used to pay for your items, and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation. It is possible that we will retain the amount until we have received the returned items, or until you have sent proof of dispatch of the items, whichever occurs first.
